Returns and refunds

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at the contact details on this site with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds go back to the way you paid and usually take 5–7 working days after we receive the return. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
